Job Description

  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
    • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Address client inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve objections professionally.
  • Negotiation and Closing:

    • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights to management.


  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
    • 1–2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.
    • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development is highly desirable.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
    • Persuasive negotiation and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
