Sales and Business Development:Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.Address client inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve objections professionally.Negotiation and Closing:Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to potential clients.Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.Collaboration and Reporting:Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of services.Prepare regular sales reports to track performance and provide insights to management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).1–2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related industry.Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development is highly desirable.Strong understanding of logistics and freight forwarding processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.Persuasive negotiation and presentation abilities.Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
