* Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
* Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Organize virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
* Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
* Manage emails, correspondence, and business-related documentation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
* Support the CEO in daily administrative and operational activities.
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
* Female candidates are preferred.
* Very good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
