•Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs; maintain disciplined pipeline and forecasting
•Work with Planning/Production on lead‑times and OTIF; with Logistics on deliveries; with Finance on AR and payment plans; with Marketing on campaigns and collateral.
•Conduct regular site visits, technical reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with procurement and operations teams; manage trials, samples, and specifications in coordination with QA/production.
•Maintain CRM hygiene, activity logs, and opportunity stages; deliver accurate weekly forecasts and periodic business reviews with action plans.
•Recruit, onboard, coach, and performance‑manage sales representatives; set clear objectives and run regular field coaching.
•Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing governance, tender protocols, and ethical standards.
Requirements
* Years of Experience: 7-10
* Qualification/Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering
* Preferred Industry: Carton/corrugated carton manufacturing/packaging industry in FMCG
* Gender: Male

•Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing key customers; strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
•Working knowledge of manufacturing/production flows to set realistic lead‑times and manage trials.
•CRM proficiency (pipeline, forecasting, reporting).
•Valid driving license; willingness to travel domestically to customer sites
