Supervise and manage daily recruitment activities.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding). Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for hospitality operations. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs for hotels and Nile cruises.
Conduct interviews for supervisory and key operational roles.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment records.
Prepare recruitment reports, KPIs, and hiring analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment events when needed.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred.
