- Experience in PMC / Consultant role (client-side)
- Budgeting and cost control experience
- Experience in large-scale / mega projects
- Experience with reputable PMC/Consultants (e.g., AECOM, Parsons, Dar)
- Experience working with major developers (strong advantage)
- Strong client-facing presence
- Excellent stakeholder management
- High level of coordination and leadership ability
- Ability to manage complex, large-scale projects
