- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the COO.
- Manage the COO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive engagements.
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, and business correspondence in both English and Arabic.
- Draft, review, and coordinate official letters, submissions, reports, and documentation for government entities, authorities, regulatory bodies, and executive leadership.
- Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, follow up on action plans, and track progress against key business initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact between the COO and internal departments, external stakeholders, clients, and official entities.
- Maintain accurate document control systems, records, reports, and confidential files.
- Support in preparing executive summaries, business updates, and management reports.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure smooth communication flow and timely follow-up on pending tasks, approvals, and business requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, office management, or administrative support role.
- Previous experience in hospitality or real estate is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and executive reporting skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare professional and business-focused presentations.
- Fluent Arabic and English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong experience in preparing official correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
