Develop and maintain relationships with architects, real estate developers, brokers, contractors, consultants, property managers, and other industry stakeholders.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can generate new business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
Generate qualified leads and introductions for the design team.
Coordinate with founders and designers to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with key partners and referral sources.
Track partnership activities, opportunities, and business
development efforts through a structured CRM or reporting process.
Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities within the industry.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in business development,partnerships, client relations, or similar roles.
Existing network within one or more of the following
sectors:
o Interior Design
o Architecture
o Real Estate
o Construction
o Building Materials & Finishes
o Property Development
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable representing the company externally.
Ability to identify opportunities and nurture relationships over time.
Experience working in entrepreneurial or growth-stage businesses is a plus.
