Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of oriental dishes in line with standard recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for timely replenishment of ingredients.
- Assist in menu development and suggest improvements based on market trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff when required and support team operations.
- Ensure proper food storage and minimize wastage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
