-Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
-Coordinate monthly payroll with finance and department heads.
-Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.
-Support training coordination and employee relations tasks.
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
-Prepare and submit all legally required company documents and follow through until completion.
Requirements
-1–3 years of experience in HR field.
-Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
-Experience in F&B, Retail, and Hospitality industries is preferred.
-Recruitment, HR systems, communication, documentation, time management, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, strong problem-solving.
