Job Description

* Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
* Manage the full range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, and employee relations.
* Advise senior management on HR policies, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
* Establish and monitor performance indicators to ensure alignment between individual performance and company objectives.
* Lead recruitment, orientation, integration, retention, and succession-planning initiatives.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs to support the attraction, motivation, and retention of qualified employees.
* Develop and implement local HR policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and Egyptian labor laws.
* Provide professional advice to managers regarding employee performance, development, motivation, and workplace matters.
* Manage industrial relations matters and coordinate with employee representatives, trade unions, and labor authorities when required.
* Monitor employee engagement and workplace climate, ensuring that concerns are addressed effectively and promptly.
* Oversee HR resources, budgets, systems, reports, and employee records.
* Lead and supervise a team of approximately three to five HR employees.
* Support the company’s corporate social responsibility and public affairs initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional HR qualification is an advantage.
* From 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, covering key areas such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and learning and development.
* Previous experience in an HR managerial or leadership role is required.
* Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR practices, and industrial relations.
* Experience dealing with labor offices, employee representatives, and trade unions is highly preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
* High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering accurate and high-quality results.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
