-Manage end-to-end recruitment (posting, screening, interviews, offers).
-Handle personnel activities (contracts, employee records, social insurance, onboarding & offboarding).
-Prepare and review monthly payroll data (attendance, leaves, deductions, allowances).
-Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
-Act as a point of contact for employees on HR/payroll-related matters.
-Support HR daily operations and ensure compliance with labor law.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
-Strong experience in Personnel, Recruitment & Payroll.
-Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance.
-Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
-Hands-on, flexible, and proactive.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
