* Manage executives’calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.
* Handle correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
* Coordinate communication between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
* Organize and maintain records, files, and executive documentation.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management summaries.
* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on management requests.
* Coordinate business trips, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
* Support senior management in daily administrative and operational activities.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
* Previous experience in Real Estate, Construction companies.
* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
