Our client is an international leader in textile machinery components and solutions seeking a Country Representative to support and strengthen its presence in Egypt.
The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between customers, local partners, and international headquarters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, technical support coordination, market intelligence, and operational follow-up within the Egyptian textile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company professionally within the Egyptian textile market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with textile manufacturers, customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with existing agents, dealers, and business partners.
- Support customers by following up on technical issues and coordinating solutions with regional and global teams.
- Provide product and application guidance to customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular market, customer, and operational reports.
- Coordinate communication between Egypt, regional offices, and global headquarters.
- Participate in customer visits, industry exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Applied Arts (Textiles), Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Commercial or business-related education is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the textile industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Textile manufacturing
- Knitting operations
- Textile machinery
- Textile consumables
- Technical customer support
- Business development within the textile sector
- Textile manufacturing
- Experience dealing directly with textile factories and production operations is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of textile production processes, preferably knitting.
- Knowledge of textile machinery, spare parts, needles, consumables, or related products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
Skills

- Ability to interact confidently with customers and senior stakeholders.
