- Oversee coffee preparation and ensure high-quality standards.
- Train and guide baristas on specialty coffee techniques.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in specialty coffee (not commercial coffee).
- Strong leadership and training skills.
- Previous GCC experience is preferred.
- Very good English level is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is not mandatory.
