Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Tawzef’s corporate client portfolio.
Lead, manage, and support the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities across different industries and market segments.
Approach corporate decision-makers, including HR Managers, CEOs, Business Owners, Operations Managers, Procurement Managers, and senior executives.
Promote Tawzef’s full service portfolio, including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll outsourcing, Employer of Record, HR consultancy, assessments, and salary survey solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Review and manage the BD pipeline, sales activities, conversion rates, proposals, and revenue forecasts.
Support the team in opening new accounts and handling strategic or high-potential opportunities.
Cross-sell and upsell Tawzef’s services based on client needs.
Prepare and review proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and service presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure proper CRM updates, reporting, follow-up discipline, and sales documentation.
Coach and guide BD team members on prospecting, client communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Manager, or similar B2B sales leadership role.
Strong background in B2B sales, corporate sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
Experience managing or supervising a sales/business development team is preferred.
Strong experience in selling services to corporate clients.
Previous experience in recruitment, outsourcing, HR services, payroll, consultancy, marketing agencies, or B2B service providers is highly preferred.
Strong ability to approach decision-makers and open new corporate accounts.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, forecasting, proposal follow-up, and conversion tracking.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections, protect profitability, and close business deals.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Good market awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities.
Good command of English.
Professional user of LinkedIn and digital prospecting tools.
Experience using CRM systems or sales tracking tools is preferred.
