1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients across target industries
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong sales pipeline
2. Consultative Sales Approach
- Understand client needs and position Tawzef as a strategic HR partner
- Present tailored solutions (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll, EOR, Consultancy)
- Move beyond “selling CVs” → selling solutions
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Act as a key point of contact for client communication
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
4. Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
5. Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and hiring needs
- Provide insights to internal teams for better positioning
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience in one of the following is a strong plus:
- Recruitment agencies
- HR services / outsourcing
- SaaS / B2B services
- Recruitment agencies
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition
- Proven track record in closing deals and hitting targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
