Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients across target industries
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipeline

2. Consultative Sales Approach

  • Understand client needs and position Tawzef as a strategic HR partner
  • Present tailored solutions (Recruitment, Outsourcing, Payroll, EOR, Consultancy)
  • Move beyond “selling CVs” → selling solutions

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communication
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

4. Proposal & Negotiation

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

5. Market Intelligence

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and hiring needs
  • Provide insights to internal teams for better positioning


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
  • Experience in one of the following is a strong plus:
    • Recruitment agencies
    • HR services / outsourcing
    • SaaS / B2B services
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles and client acquisition
  • Proven track record in closing deals and hitting targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
