Job Description

- Develop and implement a targeted business development strategy to expand the company’s hospitality portfolio.
- Identify growth opportunities in Egypt and selected international markets across hospitality assets, hotel developments, and investment opportunities.
- Source, evaluate, and execute acquisition, development, partnership, leasehold, freehold, hybrid management, and third-party management opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze hospitality market trends, demand drivers, competitive landscape, and investment potential.
- Prepare financial models, feasibility studies, business cases, valuation analysis, and ROI assessments for proposed hospitality projects.
- Lead negotiations related to deal structures, term sheets, commercial agreements, management agreements, lease agreements, and partnership contracts.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, and operations teams during due diligence and transaction execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, investors, asset holders, hotel operators, consultants, government entities, and strategic partners.
- Identify underperforming or repositioning-ready hospitality assets and propose value-add strategies.
- Manage transaction timelines, internal approvals, stakeholder communication, and deal closure processes.
- Represent the company in hospitality, real estate investment, networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure new developments and acquisitions meet required performance, profitability, and ROI benchmarks.
- Monitor hospitality asset performance and identify opportunities for repositioning, expansion, or value maximization.
- Support the company’s growth through strategic partnerships, off-market deal sourcing, and strong market intelligence.

Requirements

- MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in business development, hotel investment, hospitality development, acquisitions, real estate investment, or hospitality asset management.
- Proven experience in hotel brand development or hotel development consultancy.
- Strong background in hospitality, hotels, real estate development, investment, or asset acquisition.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, feasibility study, ROI analysis, and business case preparation skills.
- Proven track record in sourcing and executing hospitality deals, partnerships, acquisitions, or management agreements.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience handling commercial agreements, term sheets, and deal structures.
- Established network within hotel operators, investors, developers, asset owners, consultants, and hospitality stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value projects and transactions under pressure.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, market analysis, and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and business judgment.
- Experience dealing with government entities, developers, hotel owners, and institutional investors is a strong plus.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
