Handle domestic and international flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and amendments.
Advise customers on flight schedules, fares, baggage policies, airline rules, and available travel options.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Ensure all booking details, passenger information, and ticketing transactions are accurate.
Coordinate with airlines and relevant internal teams to resolve booking issues and customer complaints.
Maintain updated knowledge of airline fares, policies, routes, promotions, and reservation systems.
Follow company procedures for payments, ticket delivery, and customer documentation.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and completed transactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
Experience using airline reservation systems is required.
Strong knowledge of ticketing procedures, fare rules, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
