Over the past 7+ years, I’ve partnered with corporates, SMEs, startups, and scale-ups across various industries to design strategies, shape performance, drive transformation, and align people systems with business goals. My focus has always been on creating impactful strategies that are not just measurable but meaningful. Today, I serve as a Strategy & People Advisor, blending business insight with a human-first mindset. I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and an HR Diploma from AUC, which sharpened both my strategic lens and operational thinking. I'm currently pursuing an MBA in Global Management & Digital Transformation at ESLSCA Business School, further deepening my perspective as both an advisor and a builder.
