About me
My professional experience spans from HR and recruitment, where I worked as an "HR Business Partner (HRBP)" in one of Egypt’s market-leading companies, to executive management for a chain of aesthetic clinics and clinical pharmacy. Additionally, my background in "transformative coaching" has reinforced the importance of individual well-being as a foundation for a thriving workforce and overall organizational success. Joining "Tawzef for Recruitment & HR Consultancy" has involved understanding the entire company landscape, including people, data, infrastructure, and effective communication, to ensure that well-functioning teams work synergistically toward common objectives. For me, each team member is an invaluable asset who contributes to client satisfaction and enhances our brand identity. I strive daily to apply my diverse expertise to support the prosperity of "Tawzef for Recruitment & HR Consultancy.
