• Support the day-to-day management of the company CMS, coordinating with developers & content teams.
• Assist in maintaining & updating IQOS.com across Egypt & Levant, ensuring content accuracy & consistency.
• Ensure adherence to PMI global brand guidelines & Standard Operating Procedures.
• Execute website content updates according to planned calendars.
• Support SEO implementation, including content optimization & basic performance tracking.
• Monitor website metrics (traffic, engagement, performance) & report insights to the team.
• Assist in coordinating content development & website execution tasks.
• Identify website issues or risks & escalate them promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, CX) for digital initiatives.
• Support the delivery of website-related projects on time & within scope.
• Help prepare documentation such as briefs, requirements, & reports.
• Assist in personalization campaigns & A/B testing execution.
• Use website analytics & monitoring tools to support UI/UX improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to continuously improve the consumer digital journey.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital, web, or similar roles.
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms & website management.
• Familiarity with SEO principles & web analytics tools is a plus.
• Exposure to HTML/CSS basics is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of website tagging & reporting tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong organizational & time management skills.
• Good communication skills in both English & Arabic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
