* Handle and monitor daily receiving and dispatch operations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements through the ERP system.
* Conduct regular stock monitoring and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Inspect received and dispatched products to ensure quantity, quality, and condition meet requirements.
* Prepare and maintain all required warehouse documentation and records.
* Coordinate stock movements and ensure proper storage and organization of products.
* Support inventory reconciliation and report any *stock discrepancies or damaged items*.
* Follow warehouse procedures related to product handling, storage, safety, and inventory control.
* Support temperature-controlled and cold-chain operations where applicable.
* Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely dispatch.
* Maintain warehouse organization and ensure compliance with operational standards
Requirements
* Experience:2–4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
* Hands-on experience in receiving, dispatch, inventory control, stock monitoring, cycle counting, and product inspection.
* Good knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory procedures.
* Previous experience using ERP systems for inventory records and stock updates.
* Experience in temperature-controlled or cold-chain warehouse operations is a strong advantage.
* Ability to perform operational and physical warehouse duties.
* Flexibility to work across Cairo and Giza based on operational requirements.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
