To oversee and manage all warehouse operations related to spare parts, fleet materials, and other company assets in storage. The role ensures the implementation of best practices in storage, safety, operational quality, and accurate data management, while effectively organizing warehouse teams to achieve maximum operational efficiency and support fleet readiness.
6. Duties and Responsibilities
A. Warehouse Management and Organization
Supervise the arrangement, storage, and classification of spare parts and supplies according to approved classification systems and standards.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures, prevent material damage, and maintain proper storage conditions.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and inventory control procedures.
B. Receiving and Issuing Operations
Review and receive materials and spare parts from suppliers and verify their compliance with invoices, specifications, and purchase requirements.
Approve the issuance of materials to workshops and departments in accordance with approved procedures and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the ERP system.
Coordinate continuously with the Procurement Team to ensure the availability of materials and spare parts required for fleet operations.
C. Team Management
Directly supervise storekeepers, loading/unloading workers, and warehouse personnel.
Organize work schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.
Train employees on storage procedures, safety requirements, and proper material handling.
D. Inventory Control and Stocktaking
Plan and conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts and prepare variance reports.
Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate solutions for utilization, rotation, or disposal in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare accurate reports on inventory levels and reorder points.
E. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory levels and material movements.
Maintain and update receiving and issuing transactions accurately in the ERP system.
Submit reports directly to the Fleet Executive Manager.
F. Process Improvement
Develop and improve warehouse procedures to increase operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Recommend technological and organizational solutions to enhance warehouse control and automation.
Monitor and evaluate warehouse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
G. Other Duties
Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the position.
7. Required Academic Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
8. Knowledge and Skills
Advanced knowledge of vehicle spare parts and fleet systems.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and storage systems.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Requirements
.Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a Warehouse Management position, specifically within the automotive and fleet sector.
Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Good medical/health condition.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage warehouse teams.
