- Lead and support urban planning and policy advisory projects for large-scale and city-wide developments.
- Develop and review masterplans, urban strategies, and land-use plans.
- Provide strategic planning recommendations to clients (government entities, developers, and stakeholders).
- Advise on urban policies, regulations, zoning, and development guidelines.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including authorities, consultants,developers to ensure project alignment.
- Prepare planning reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Support decision-making processes at strategic and policy levels.
- Integrate sustainability and smart city concepts into urban planning projects.
- Utilize GIS and spatial analysis tools to support planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning standards, and development frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- 10 min. years of experience in urban planning and policy advisory
- Proven experience in large-scale / city-wide developments
- Experience working in PMC / consultancy environments.
- Strong background in master planning and urban strategy development
- Experience in policy frameworks, regulations, and zoning guidelines
- Exposure to infrastructure-related or large-scale developments
