- Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales objectives
- Manage in-store promotions, displays, and merchandising activities
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure effective execution of trade campaigns
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and market data to evaluate promotion effectiveness
- Manage POS materials distribution and ensure proper in-store visibility
- Work closely with distributors and retailers to implement agreed activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
- Support new product launches at trade level
- Prepare regular reports on trade activities, ROI, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand standards in all outlets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Sales (FMCG / Food industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail channels and distributor operations
- Experience with promotions, merchandising, and in-store execution
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting
