- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers (VMware), storage, and network systems.
- Administer and monitor SQL Server databases to ensure performance, availability, and data integrity.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and wireless access points.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and Microsoft Dynamics environment.
- Implement IT security best practices and provide advanced technical support when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems & Infrastructure Administrator, System Administrator, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, SQL Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, backup & disaster recovery, and IT security.
- Good to Very Good English communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
