* Lead and manage structural engineering activities across projects
* Oversee design reviews, calculations, and technical deliverables
* Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
* 13–15 years of experience
* Strong experience in real estate development or construction companies
* Proven experience in managing teams and large projects
* Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
