Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6.
Review contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, recovery schedules, and extension-of-time submissions.
Monitor progress against approved baselines and identify critical-path risks, delays, and schedule impacts.
Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management presentations.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and project controls teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Verify progress data and support accurate forecasting of completion dates and key milestones.
Recommend mitigation and recovery actions where schedule slippage is identified.
Support delay analysis, claims assessments, and program-level reporting as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction or infrastructure projects.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience using Primavera P6.
Strong experience in developing, updating, and monitoring baseline and detailed project schedules.
Previous PMC, consultant, or client-side experience is preferred.
Solid understanding of progress measurement, critical path analysis, recovery planning, and schedule reporting.
Exposure to delay analysis, EOT support, and claims-related planning is preferred.
Strong Advanced Excel skills. PMP and planning certifications are an advantage.
