- Review and coordinate civil and structural drawings, shop drawings, technical submittals, and design documents.
- Ensure civil and structural deliverables comply with project specifications, standards, codes, and authority requirements.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and site teams to resolve technical conflicts and design clashes.
- Prepare and review RFIs, technical queries, method statements, material submittals, and technical reports.
- Review BOQs, quantities, specifications, and project documentation related to civil and structural works.
- Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews.
- Monitor technical deliverables against project schedules and required milestones.
- Support design changes, variation analysis, and technical documentation control.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth technical workflow.
- Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, technical comments, and design changes.
- Support site teams by providing technical clarifications and construction-related solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in technical office, civil engineering, or structural engineering.
- Strong experience in infrastructure, STP/RO, utilities, buildings, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, PMC, or engineering/design teams.
- Strong understanding of local authority requirements, international standards, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/BIM/Navisworks knowledge is a plus.
- Strong coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple technical deliverables.
