* Identify and develop new business opportunities within banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
* Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on business opportunities.
* Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver suitable client solutions.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Represent the company at industry events and business meetings.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services sector.
* Fluency in Arabic and English
* Proven experience selling products or solutions to banks and financial institutions.
* Strong understanding of banking products, financial services, and banking operations.
* Proven track record of closing deals and managing long sales cycles.
* Existing relationships with banks and financial institutions in Egypt are highly preferred.
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self motivated, proactive, and results driven with a strong business development mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
