-Perform regular site inspections and quality checks across infrastructure construction activities.
-Review contractors’ QA/QC Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), procedures, and quality documentation.
-Monitor contractor compliance with approved QA/QC standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
-Manage and follow up Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the full corrective-action and closure cycle.
-Participate in inspections, testing, material approvals, and quality verification activities.
-Ensure quality compliance across infrastructure works, including roads, utilities, networks, and earthworks.
-Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection records, reports, and quality-related records.
-Coordinate closely with the QA/QC Manager, construction/site teams, and HSE team.
-Support quality control activities within multi-contractor project environments.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
-10–12+ years of experience in QA/QC within construction/infrastructure projects at Senior Engineer level.
-Proven experience in infrastructure QA/QC, particularly roads, utilities, networks, and earthworks.
-Previous experience within a PMC, Engineering Consultant, or major contractor environment.
-Strong hands-on experience in site inspections, quality checks, testing, ITPs, NCR management, and contractor compliance monitoring.
-Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and documentation requirements.
-ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
-Other relevant QA/QC certifications are preferred; PMP is an advantage.
-Strong field supervision, reporting, documentation, coordination, and attention to detail.
-Experience working in multi-contractor environments is an advantage.
