* Develop, update, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
* Drive planning activities across the full project lifecycle—from design to execution
* Analyze critical paths, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction timelines
* Support project performance through effective scheduling, resource planning, and cost alignment
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in planning for real estate or large-scale mixed-use projects
* Strong command of Primavera P6 and project controls practices
* Experience handling complex, multi-phase developments
* KSA/GCC project exposure is a strong plus
