-Supervise and monitor HSE activities across infrastructure construction sites.
-Implement and monitor compliance with Project HSE Plans, safety procedures, and applicable HSE standards.
-Conduct regular site inspections, safety checks, and risk assessments.
-Review and monitor Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS).
-Monitor contractors’ compliance with project HSE requirements and take corrective action when required.
-Identify, report, and follow up on HSE observations, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
-Monitor safety requirements related to excavation, utilities, earthworks, and heavy equipment operations.
-Prepare regular HSE reports, records, and supporting documentation.
-Coordinate closely with the HSE Manager, construction teams, QA/QC team, and contractors.
-Support HSE implementation across multi-contractor environments.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical.
-10–12+ years of HSE experience, preferably within PMC, consultancy, or major contracting environments.
-Strong experience in infrastructure and large-scale construction projects.
-Proven site-based HSE supervision experience.
-Strong knowledge of RAMS, incident reporting, inspections, and contractor compliance monitoring.
-OSHA Certification is mandatory.
-ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
-PMP certification is an advantage.
-Strong understanding of infrastructure-related HSE risks, including excavation, utilities, earthworks, and heavy equipment.
-Strong reporting, communication, coordination, and site supervision skills.
