* Lead the implementation of HSE policies and ensure compliance across multiple project activities.
* Supervise HSE Engineers and Safety Officers, providing technical guidance and support.
* Develop project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, emergency response plans, and safe work procedures.
* Conduct comprehensive HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
* Lead investigations of incidents and major safety observations, ensuring effective corrective actions.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management regarding HSE matters.
* Deliver HSE training programs, safety campaigns, and leadership initiatives.
* Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare management reports with recommendations for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and applicable local regulations.
* Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the project.
Requirements
* Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Industrial projects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
* NEBOSH IGC is mandatory (NEBOSH Diploma is a strong advantage).
* Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and HSE management systems.
* Proven experience leading HSE teams on large-scale projects.
* Strong background in risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong communication in English (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
