* Manage the full company formation process in Saudi Arabia from A to Z.
* Handle Standard Investment License (MISA) and Entrepreneurial / Startup Visa licenses.
* Coordinate directly with investors to collect required documents, approvals, and information.
* Register companies across all relevant Saudi government portals and authorities.
* Manage post-incorporation government procedures and compliance requirements.
* Liaise with government entities and follow up on applications, approvals, and documentation.
* Handle government processes that require direct client interaction (OTP confirmations, data validation, clarifications).
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex government procedure issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
* Stay updated with Saudi regulations, government portals, and policy updates related to business setup
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
* 4–5+ years of experience in Company formation and business setup in Saudi Arabia
* Experience with Government relations (GRO) roles within business setup firms
* Strong experience with Saudi regulatory processes including "MISA licensing procedures , Commercial Registration (CR) issuance , Ministry of Commerce procedures , ZATCA registration , GOSI , Qiwa , Muqeem , Absher Business , Mudad , Chamber of Commerce portals and compliance systems "
* Relevant certifications in government relations or compliance are considered a plus.
* Strong experience in investor communication and stakeholder management.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly preferred.
* High level of adaptability and flexibility in handling regulatory changes.
