Job Description

-Prepare and handle all vessel‑related documentation.
-Submit manifests to ports and generate required shipment information.
-Provide regular reports and updates to customers.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via telephone and email.
-Identify, analyze, and resolve operational or documentation issues, or escalate when necessary.
-Accurately identify customer service requests and provide appropriate solutions.
-Collect data and perform research within the permit and port systems.
-Create vessel invoices after vessel departure (Ocean Freight, THC, storage, etc.).

Requirements

-5–7 years of experience within a shipping line environment.
-Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading, manifests, and port procedures.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and relevant shipping/ERP systems.
-Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
