• Own the social media strategy and monthly/weekly content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Lead content creation planning: briefs, scripts/captions, storytelling angles, and creative direction.
• Coordinate production needs (reels, short videos, photoshoots, UGC, influencer content) and ensure timely publishing.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Supervise and guide graphic designers, assign tasks, review output, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate business needs into campaigns.
• Work closely with the media buying team to plan campaigns and provide creative angles, offers, and messaging.
• Analyze lead quality with sales teams.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Content creation is a must: proven experience with content planning, writing captions/scripts, and directing creatives.
• Experience managing a social media calendar and running campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs: ROI/ROAS, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, lead quality metrics.
