- Lead and supervise architectural and landscape design activities throughout all project phases.
- Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor design quality and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and design coordination activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural and/or landscape design.
- Previous experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, hospitality, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, landscape design, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of local regulations, design standards, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
