Team Leadership:
· Lead and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages growth and development within the team.
Project Oversight:
· Oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
· Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Quality Assurance:
· Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure projects meet regulatory standards, codes, and client specifications.
· Conduct regular reviews and audits of architectural work to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
· Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
· Act as a liaison between the architectural team and other departments, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with at least 3 years of experience in the GCC.
• Prior experience in healthcare projects is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
