Job Description
The Sales Representative will support the company’s business expansion in Egypt by developing B2B customer relationships, increasing the customer portfolio, and promoting the company’s product range across relevant sales channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with B2B customers, distributors, and end users.
Expand the existing customer portfolio and increase the range of products sold.
Provide direct product support and conduct frequent product demonstrations at customers’ locations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
Identify market trends through competitor analysis and customer feedback.
Provide ongoing technical sales support to distribution partners and end users by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Deliver product training and after-sales support to B2B customers.
Secure product listings and improve brand visibility with key market players.
Support the organization and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, conventions, and industry events.
Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a strong professional network within the assigned market.
Support marketing initiatives, including point-of-sale optimization, promotional materials, exhibition concepts, e-business, and social media activities.
Prepare regular sales and market reports for the Country Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Previous experience in technical sales.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales and commercial activities.
Experience in the tools industry is preferred.
Experience in sectors such as electrical, plumbing, or construction is an advantage.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Able to perform effectively under pressure and work as part of a team.
Very good spoken and written Arabic and English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
Understanding of social media and online marketing.
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel three to four days per week.
