-Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets within the territory.
-Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs & stakeholders)
-Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
-Conduct regular field visits and customer engagements (face-to-face & virtual)
-Deliver product presentations and value-based discussions tailored to customer needs.
-Gather and analyze customer insights to support business decisions.
-Follow up on customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
-Implement territory plans and engagement strategies effectively.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions for patients and customers.
-Maintain ethical standards and ensure compliance in all activities.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
-0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
-Strong sales and negotiation skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships.
