We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the Egyptian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the plastics and petrochemicals industry, lead the sales team, develop new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with key industrial customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Expand the customer base within the plastics and petrochemicals market.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager.
Experience in plastic raw materials and petrochemicals in the Egyptian market is mandatory.
Must own a private car.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation and business development skills.
