-Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share within the CNS portfolio.
-Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives and Area Managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Track and analyze total sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
-Identify best-selling products and focus on maximizing their performance and market penetration.
-Analyze sales performance across different zones, territories, and distributors to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales team through regular field visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
-Ensure optimal territory coverage and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
-Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for senior management.
-Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (mandatory).
-At least 5 years of managerial experience and a strong background in CNS products.
-Strong experience in CNS portfolio (Neurology / Psychiatry products) is a MUST.
-Strong leadership & team management skills.
-Ability to build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
-Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.
