Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, private event, and institutional sectors.
o Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
· Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
o Conduct client meetings, site visits, and tastings to close sales.
· Proposal & Contract Management:
o Create customized proposals and contracts tailored to client requirements.
o Negotiate pricing, packages, and terms within company guidelines.
· Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with the culinary, operations, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
o Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams.
· Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
o Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and KPIs.
o Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Proven experience (7+ years) in sales within the catering, hospitality, or foodservice industry.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of catering trends, menu planning, and event logistics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Established network of corporate or event planning clients.
* Experience in luxury or high-volume catering environments.
