- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Develop and execute business and segment sales strategies.
- Build, manage, and update sales pipeline with monthly/quarterly follow-ups.
- Prospect new customers and develop existing accounts (End Users, EPCs, OEMs).
- Identify new business opportunities (CAPEX & OPEX).
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at all customer levels.
- Represent the company in meetings with consultants, engineering firms, and partners.
- Generate quality RFQs and improve offer hit rate.
- Collaborate with application engineers and management to win projects Participate in sector-based sales initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
- 7–10 years of proven experience in sales / sales management
- Experience in selling electric motors & variable speed drives is a plus.
