Job Description

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings and deliver impactful technical presentations to effectively position products and solutions.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while actively penetrating competitor accounts.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Execute strategic sales plans and effectively navigate complex, long sales cycles.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and technical advancements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution-oriented support.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting.


Requirements

  • Three years of experience in sales within water valves, drainage systems, or similar technical products.
  • Strong experience working with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations and clearly articulate product value.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing strategic deals.
  • Ability to conduct market research and leverage insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
  • Experience handling technical submittals and securing consultant approvals is a plus.
