- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer experience from entry to purchase
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and VIP clients
- Provide styling advice and create complete outfit recommendations
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- chieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products (accessories, new arrivals, seasonal items)
- Proactively follow up with clients (WhatsApp/phone) to drive repeat sales
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards at all times
- Process transactions accurately using POS (Shopify)
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience (fashion/luxury preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion with strong personal style
- Experience using POS systems (Shopify is a plus)
