- Manage end-to-end permitting and regulatory approvals for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, developments)
- Coordinate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and approval processes
- Track permit submissions, timelines, and approval status
- Review documentation for regulatory compliance and completeness
- Handle multiple permits simultaneously across project phases
- Report permitting progress to client and project stakeholders
- Resolve permitting challenges and delays through proactive authority engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
- 10–12+ years of experience in regulatory and permitting roles
- Proven experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, developments)
- Background in PMC or consultancy environments
- Regulatory / Permitting certifications
- PMP or Legal/Compliance training
