- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform administrative tasks (filing, data entry)
- Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures
- Provide support and information to staff and guests
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Previous experience in reception or admin roles is a plus
